Once you contact us, we’ll schedule an consultation to discuss your vision, needs, and budget. From there, we create a detailed design proposal, including materials, fixtures, and layouts. Once you approve the plan, we can coordinate with contractors to bring your design to life!
Can you help me design a short-term rental or Airbnb property?
Yes! We specialize in creating designs that not only look stunning but also maximize functionality and appeal for short-term rental guests.
Can I hire you for design consultations only?
Absolutely! Whether you need advice on paint colors, furniture placement, or a full design plan, we’re happy to provide one-time consultations tailored to your project.
Do you manage construction or renovation projects?
Yes! While we don’t offer property management services at this time, we provide project management for renovations as part of our design services. This includes meetings with contractors, walk-throughs during and after the project, and ensuring everything aligns with the design plan.
Do you offer virtual design services?
Yes! If you’re not located in Savannah, GA, or prefer a remote process, we offer virtual consultations and design proposals that can be implemented with your local contractors.
How much do your services cost?
Our interior design services are billed at $150 per hour, with additional services like contractor meetings, material selections, and property checks at $75 per hour. We’ll provide a detailed estimate after our initial consultation. See a full break down of our fees here.
What is the typical timeline for a project?
Timelines depend on the scope of the project. For small consultations, we can often deliver within a week. Larger renovations or designs may take several weeks or months to finalize. We’ll provide an estimated timeline during your consultation.
